A close friend of ours, Dan Hendrick, is making a documentary film about an important environmental issue and we'd like to ask for your support.

On Wednesday, October 30, we are hosting a house party in Long Island City, Queens, to help Dan raise funds for a film on Jamaica Bay.

Jamaica Bay is largest open space in New York City, bigger than three Central Parks, three Prospect Parks and three Van Cortlandt Parks combined. But it is a forgotten treasure, with a long history of neglect and chronic underinvestment.
