READY FOR SOME OLD-SCHOOL HIP-HOP?

Hi-

Congressman Hakeem Jeffries hopes you are able to attend his inaugural "Old School Hip Hop, New School Politics" reception. Hip hop shaped Hakeem, and this reception will feature one of his favorites: Brooklyn's own DJ Scratch. Scratch is an icon who apprenticed with Jam Master J, was with EMBD at their peak and has toured with Jay-Z and Diddy.

The party is Wednesday, Nov. 20th from 7-9PM at EVR in Midtown. Tickets start at $50. There is also a special VIP reception for event hosts, if you are interested- we are asking that hosts make it a goal to raise and/or contribute $1,000.

Please let me know if you are interested in participating or RSVP here.

Thanks!

Lisa
