Fabian Heyward was charged with violating prison rules when officials learmed that he was operating a publishing and book sales company with his spouse.
After he was found guilty of disregarding the facility's "correspondence procedures," Heyward filed an administrative appeal with the Albany County Supreme Court--which transferred the matter to the Appellate Division, Third Department.
Given the "considerable documentary evidence" supporting the underlying determination, the AD3 opted to leave the outcome undisturbed.
