We have fought hard against the city that only works for some, against tax cuts for the rich and extreme poverty in our city.
On December 5th, we are telling everyone that the "tale of Two Cities" is over. We are telling our newly elected officials that we are done with policies that prioritize tax cuts for millionaires over funding programs that working families rely on.
And we are telling workers who are struggling at work that we've got their back.

Now it is time for us to translate the hopes of Election Day into reality. We must demonstrate our overwhelming support to end Wall Street driven inequality and build a New Day in New York based on equality, fairness and Justice.
The sun is setting on a city run by and for the 1%. A new day is dawning — and we are rising, together; Fast Food workers and Carwash workers, parents, students and teachers, faith leaders and service groups are organizing and pushing for a New Day in New York.
