Subject: November 22, 1963: A Day That Shocked the Nation

On November 22, 1963, around 12:30 pm., President Kennedy, the First Lady and Governor Connally road in a motorcade down the streets of Dallas, Texas. As they passed the Texas School Book Depository, shots rang out. The President was shot in the neck and head and pronounced dead at 1:00 pm. Our country reeled with shock and grief.
