The momentum just keeps building in our effort to unite the entire borough in our campaign for Queens Borough President.
Recently, we came in first in a snap poll taken at a Queens Chamber of Commerce forum featuring all of the Queens Borough President candidates. We finished first in both questions asked of the audience, "Who is most likely to win the race," and "Who impressed you the most at the forum."
Such a strong performance at the Queens Chamber of Commerce forum is important because it shows that our commitment to protect small businesses is registering with Queens' voters. The Queens Borough President should be a strong voice not only promoting businesses, but reducing the hurdles that our business owners face every day.
We have been endorsed by the Correction Officers Benevolent Association, and I am proud to announce that we've picked up the support of the Detectives Endowment Association, the NYC Fire Marshals Benevolent Association and the Captains Endowment Association! We are leading the race by 11 points according to the only independent poll taken for the Queens Borough President race. Please help us keep the momentum going!
