Cafe R here on West 32nd Street (in Manhattan) was "temporarily closed," earlier today, because of a "refrigeration failure."
Several signs were posted on the locked front door. The most ominous one read:
CLOSED: By Order of the Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene
This customer wasn't too happy with the news ....
