Leverich Cemetery Clean Up !
Unfortunately, due to lack of cooperation from the Department of Sanitation the clean up of the Leverich Cemetery, scheduled for Saturday, May 25th, has been canceled.
Despite repeated requests for assitance in making the cemetery safe and an order from the Department of Health the Department of Sanitation has opted not to assist our community.
We hope to resolve this situation and schedule a new date as soon as possible. In the mean time, please let Sanitation Commissioner John Doherty know how you feel about DSNY's lack of support for our community via this link.
