While carrying a young child, Inessa Cafarella tripped and fell over a cement bag which propped open her apartment building's vestibule.
Because both the Bronx County Supreme Court and the Appellate Division, First Department, thought the (7" h x 16" w) obstruction was an "open and obvious" condition -- that lacked any inherent danger -- the lady's case was dismissed.
Clearly, she didn't bag that.
