GUILTY AS CHARGED?

After Romondo Ross and Demetrius Molina were convicted of manslaughter in the first degree, depraved indifference murder in the second degree, and attempted murder in the second degree, Molina appealed, and the Appellate Division, Third Department, found that the guy couldn't be convicted of both crimes.

When it was Ross's turn to appeal, the AD3 agreed that the trial judge had erred in Ross's case as well and that a do-over was warranted.

They both killed there.
