Let's talk about Paul Ryan -- the GOP's failed Vice Presidential pick. He's back, he's louder than ever, and his latest budget is rife with brutal cuts aimed squarely at the programs women and families rely on most.
Women voters overwhelmingly kept this guy out of the White House. But he and his GOP backers are still hell-bent on repealing Obamacare, decimating birth control coverage, and ending Medicare as we know it -- and putting millions of women and families at risk.
