Anna Nicole Smith's house, where "The Anna Nicole Show" was filmed, just sold for $1,310,000
Anna purchased it under her real name, Vickie Marshall, in April 2005 for $1,335,000. The house passed to Anna’s daughter, Dannielynn, upon her mom's death. However in April 2011, Howard K. Stern -- Smith’s former lover and the executor of her will -- secured a court’s approval to transfer the property to his name.
On July 30, 2011, he placed the home on the market with an asking price of $1.75 million. It went through a few price drops before it finally sold.
(Stern was cleared of all charges in connection with Smith’s death.)
