Con Ed Area Growth Zones Webinar on Wednesday, June 19th
As the result of the City's ongoing phase-out of #6 oil, many buildings owners are converting either to gas or to #2 or #4 oil. In an effort to expand natural gas availability in New York City, Con Ed has identified 12 Area Growth Zones for possible expansion of gas service. Buildings within these zones may be eligible to connect at no cost for firm gas service with one point of entry to each building's property line.
