Because she failed to cooperate with an investigation of her alleged misconduct, the Committee on Professional Standards asked the Appellate Division, Third Department, to suspend attorney Ann M.'s license to practice law.
Noting that Ann failed to produce records in response to the Committee's inquiry, that she didn't return to answer additional questions under oath, and, that she failed to respond to the motion to suspend her license, the Appellate Division, Third Department, granted the Committee's request.
That 's no welcome committee.
