As a civil rights attorney and community organizer, Yetta Kurland has been a champion for our community. We need her now more than ever in City Council to be a voice for those who do not have a voice. She has shown she can organize 8,000 community members to fight and win the right to restore a hospital at the site of St. Vincent's. As our next City Councilmember she will make that a reality.
