AN INSULTING PLATE OF COOKIES

Last summer, after blatantly breaking his promise not to further restrict access to abortions, Pat McCrory gave a plate of cookies to a group of women protesting his action. It was an insulting and demeaning gesture to people who have fought for years to ensure women have access to safe and affordable health care.

Well, we thought it was time to return the gesture. At this time of giving and when we reflect on the events of the past year, we're offering Pat McCrory some cookies of our own.
