ALL'S FAIR?

Mauro Amaya filed an appeal after he was found guilty of burglary in the third degree by a Bronx County Supreme Court jury and was sentenced to two to six years.

Apparently, the guy was on videotape entering someone else's apartment and "rummaging" through a victim's personal items. (A social security card, passport, and some $2400 in cash were allegedly purloined.)

Because it was of the view that the outcome was consistent with the evidence presented at trial, the Appellate Division, First Department, affirmed. (It thought Amaya's explanations were "speculative and 'at war with common sense.'")

Not feeling the love there.
