Saw this sign posted in front of a garbage receptable as I entered Botswana. (Not quite sure why they keep the can there ....)
PLEASE!
Visitors to the N. Tuli Game Reserve & other destinations in Botswana -- please do not discard litter from your vehicles here. If possible take it back with you for disposal. Even when placed in the receptables provided the baboons disperse it for kilometers into the bush.
Your assistance in keeping the Limpopo Riverine in a pristine condition would be greatly appreciated.
