MIRROR, MIRROR...

Displeased with a breast reduction procedure her doctor had performed, Melissa M. sued her former surgeon for medical malpractice.

After the Albany County Supreme Court dismissed her case, Melissa appealed to the Appellate Division, Third Department, which was equally unsympathetic to her posture. (It agreed that the doctor hadn't departed from "accepted standards of medical care" and that Melissa hadn't raised any issues which warranted a formal hearing or trial.)

That must have been a load off his back.
