JUNKY?

During the course of a "random pat frisk," inmate Louis Martin got into a physical altercation with three correction officers and, after a "lengthy" hearing, was found guilty of violating several prison disciplinary rules.

When he later challenged that determination, the Albany County Supreme Court referred the matter to the Appellate Division, Third Department, which had no problem with the outcome, particularly given the "substantial evidence"--such as detailed misbehavior reports, together with the "considerable" testimony of correction officers who had been involved in the melee.

Now that was touching.
