ZERO!

Lucas,

Here's what's scary: after November, we might have none left -- zero Democratic women as the last line of defense on the War on Women in the states.

Maggie Hassan, who's running for governor of New Hampshire, is our only chance in 2012. Click here to rush her campaign a contribution right now.

Maggie's likely opponent is Ovide Lamontagne, who's promised to be "Scott Walker on steroids" and said that he admires Paul Ryan (yes, that Paul Ryan) more than anyone else in Washington. The fact is, he's too extreme for women -- he opposes the right to choose in any circumstance -- and too extreme for New Hampshire.

Maggie, on the other hand, is an unwavering champion for women and families, and a champion for New Hampshire's education system. She's fought for birth control coverage and affordable health care. She was the Majority Leader of the New Hampshire State Senate, she knows how to get things done, and she's exactly the kind of woman we need to hold the right wing accountable.

Stand up for Maggie right now. Click here to contribute to her campaign so she can reach critical voters and stand up for the women and families of New Hampshire.

The most recent polling shows that this race is a dead heat. There's no time to waste. Maggie needs immediate help from EMILY's List supporters to hold her lead and defeat this anti-choice extremist.

This week in Charlotte, we're going to see exactly what's at stake in this election, and the stark choice women have this November -- and it's a choice that couldn't be clearer in New Hampshire.

Thank you so much for supporting Maggie today.

All the best,
Amy K. Dacey
