Tomorrow (Monday, Sept. 24th) morning at 7:30 am at Harrison and West Streets in Lower Manhattan, please join Speaker Christine Quinn, Council Member Margaret Chin, other elected officials and downtown residents for a walk through Hudson River Park to reclaim the space for neighborhood residents following the horrific rape of a young woman early Saturday morning .
