Thinking he'd been stiffed, Irving Ruderman sued his travel companion, Karina Tsymbal, for her share of certain vacation expenses.
After hearing the parties' testimony, the New York County Civil Court was of the view that Karina was only a "guest," who hadn't agreed to pay for the trips.
The guy's argument that the lady needed to pay for a bed she refused to share, didn't travel well with the Judge either, particularly since there wasn't a "meeting of the minds."
