Part of Food Day, the Big Apple Crunch is a citywide effort to try and set a record for the number of people to participate in an apple-crunching event. It's a great way to celebrate healthy eating. You can participate as an individual, start a new group, or join one of the many groups crunching throughout the city. Crunches can take place at any time that day -- just make sure to register for the event to count toward our record total! Together, we can make this the crunch heard 'round the world!
