Brown -- if Antonin Scalia is your "model" Supreme Court justice,
then on no planet are you actually a moderate.
Scalia admits that he's "adamantly opposed" to the Roe v. Wade
decision, which he's called "utterly idiotic." He's taken a
hard-right line against nearly everything we stand for, including the Lilly
Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and Obamacare.
So you can only imagine the kind of Supreme Court bench we'd have if we allow Scott
Brown, Todd Akin, and Tommy Thompson to call the shots. Scalia would be
joined by new SCOTUS justices who also find our right to choose
"idiotic."
We have 35 days to make sure we defeat Scott Brown and other Republican
extremists who want to tear down our rights and our progress. We've got to
elect our pro-choice, Democratic women in order to hold the Senate, and polls
show that we are within points of winning.
