Tomorrow marks a big day in my campaign, as it will be the first time that I'll be in a forum with my two opponents - Conservative and Tea Party-backed Frank Scaturro and Republican-backed Francis Becker.
Tomorrow's debate, sponsored by the Hewlett-East Rockaway Israel Action Committee is on the topic of "Issues of Jewish Concern in the Coming Election." Never could there be a more timely topic, because America's greatest ally in the turbulent Middle East is Israel. We must maintain and even further strengthen that relationship.
I hope my opponents will agree with me on the importance of this relationship.
