
Patricia H. H. Guy, CUNY Diplomat-in-Residence at City College of New York, will discuss the challenges and rewards of a career in the foreign service. She will also speak with students about State Department career opportunities including careers, fellowships, and internships.
Guy was most recently the Counselor for Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, Romania, where she was responsible for the Embassy's press and cultural programs throughout Romania. She earned a B.A. in international relations at Cornell University. She also has a Master's of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and a Master of Studies of Law from Yale Law School.
