Dear Patriot,
Will you send a soldier serving in Afghanistan a Christmas care package? I hope you will. 
Because I need your immediate support so I can send our troops a HEROBOX Christmas care package. Please let our troops know they are remembered. Because it’s hard for our troops to be overseas and without their families on Christmas. Our troops don’t get to see their children run down the steps on Christmas morning... ...or the squeals of delight when they open their presents under the Christmas tree. Our soldiers miss Christmas dinner and seeing all their moms and dads, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles and friends. Christmas for our soldiers in Afghanistan means a low-key event on a base 7,500 miles from the States... ...followed perhaps by a patrol through hostile Al Qaeda-infested territory Christmas for our soldiers is just one more day on which they risk their lives for you and me. Nothing would help boost the morale of our men and women in uniform than a note and a HEROBOX that says, “Thank you and Merry Christmas.” This year, my special mission is to supply as many troops as possible with their own HEROBOX, personalized with their requested items. It can take weeks to get a package to a soldier at a remote post in Afghanistan. So I need your response now.
