NEW YORK, NY – Comptroller John C. Liu will announce a multi-million dollar Thanksgiving emergency cash assistance program for victims of Superstorm Sandy with the Tzu Chi Foundation and City religious leaders on Sunday, Nov. 18 at 3 p.m. in Gerritsen Beach, Brooklyn.
