Jobs-Plus Request for Proposals (RFP) Released
CEO and the Human Resources Administration, in collaboration with the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), are seeking qualified vendors to implement the Jobs-Plus program.
Jobs-Plus is a program for NYCHA residents that combines on-site employment services, rent-based and other financial incentives to "make work pay," and community support for work to increase the level of employment and earnings in NYCHA communities. The program is funded by the Human Resources Administration and the Young Men's Initiative.
Jobs-Plus is an evidence-based program that was originally piloted by MDRC, a non-profit social research and policy organization, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and private funders. CEO launched its first Jobs-Plus replication in 2009 and a second in 2011 with support from the federal Social Innovation Fund and private donors.Learn more
