The incumbent provides assistance to the Recovery Office, state, and project grant applicants for project environmental and historic preservation (EHP) screening, scoping, reviews, interagency regulatory consultations, compliance, public outreach, and technical assistance for Individual Assistance (IA), Public Assistance (PA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), and other FEMA program projects under multiple Presidentially-declared disaster/emergencies and Congressional special appropriations for the Gulf Coast Recovery efforts.
