The following NYC Rules update includes (1) all City agency proposed rules that remain open for written public comment; (2) adopted rules that took effect during the previous week; and (3) adopted rules soon taking effect.

Proposed Rules Open for Written Public Comment
- **ECB's Buildings Penalty Schedule (OATH/ECB)--Written comments must be submitted by March 29.
- **DARP Participation Fee (DCA)--Written comments must be submitted by March 29.
- **Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (MOCS/PPB)--Written comments must be submitted by March 29.
- **New Storefronts in Historic Districts (LPC)--Written comments must be submitted by March 27.
- Energy Audits and Retrocommissioning (DOB)--Written comments must be submitted by March 23.
Adopted Rules That Took Effect During the Previous Week
- Stretched Vehicles (TLC)--Rule took effect March 2.
- ECB's Buildings Penalty Schedule (OATH/ECB)--Rule took effect March 2.
- ECB's Fire Penalty Schedule (OATH/ECB)--Rule took effect March 2.
- Schedule of Charges for Fire Department Ambulance Transport Service (FDNY)--Rule takes effect March 17.
