In a city of over 8 million, connecting online is one of the best tools we have to engage New Yorkers in all five boroughs at any given moment.
That's why New Yorkers for de Blasio is joining Twitter--and I want you to be one of the first to know.
Our number one priority is the concerns of everyday New Yorkers--and it's my goal to hear as many of your ideas as possible, and engage with all of you as we chart a new course for our city's future. I'll continue to tweet in my official capacity as Public Advocate--but this new Twitter is just for New Yorkers for de Blasio, so we can build a grassroots coalition online AND offline.
