Dear friends and supporters,
This month the YWCA has created a video petition to address one of the most important issues for our time in the fight for women's rights: equal pay.
Even today, the average woman earns just 77 cents for every dollar that a man earns at her same career level. That is unacceptable, and the YWCA is taking a stand to reverse this inequality.
There is already legislation in place to combat this disparity, but in the 40 years since its passing, it still has yet to adequately address the problem. It is time to push for stronger policy, and we need your help to do it.
