Dear Friend,
We wanted to share with you some great news from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce: New York State places in the top 10 states in the country for economic growth, productivity, and livability. NYS has moved up 11 spots in the past year, according to the Chamber's new report, Enterprising States - Policies that Produce.
The report praises Governor Cuomo's economic policies including redesigning the state's economic development and job creation efforts, capping local property taxes and fostering investments in energy development and efficiency.
"In the spirit of entrepreneurial government, we have positioned the state as a partner to the private sector to encourage billions of dollars of new investment in nanotechnology and other growth industries," the Governor said, in response to the report.
"Although we still have work to do, this report highlights just some of the great strides our administration, in partnership with the legislature, has made by working together."

By working together, we're moving New York forward.
Thank you,
Andrew Cuomo Committee
