President Obama launched the SAVE Award in 2009 to seek ideas from federal employees to make government more effective and efficient and save money.
If you are a federal employee, you can participate until July 24, 2012 by:
- Submitting your idea for making government more efficient and effective.
- Encouraging your co-workers to vote on your idea or submit their own.
After July 24, the White House will narrow the best ideas to a "final four" and the public will vote online to choose the winner. The winner will present his or her idea to the President. Submit your ideas to save the government money.
