MAMADOU'S MOUNTAIN

soccer_player_exiting_field_nyreblog_com_.JPGThirteen year-old Mamadou Sakho was playing in the street when he was hit by Mary Feliciano's car.

After her request to have the kid's negligence case thrown out was denied by the Bronx County Supreme Court, Mary appealed to the Appellate Division, First Department.

Not only was the youngster's lawyers unable to show that Mary was traveling faster than 10 miles per hour, but because he had run into the street and had been pushed into the woman's vehicle by another child, the AD1 thought that this particular contest needed to end.

That was a game changer.
