Meet Keyveon
Since January 1, 2012, 11 children featured on Wednesday's Child have been adopted. This Wednesday, we will visit one of those lucky children. Keyveon was featured just last year on Wednesday's Child at the Children's Museum of Manhattan. His adorable face and bright smile made him a hit with our audience. He received hundreds of inquiries but only one family could adopt him. Lisa and Kent had been looking for a while for a child to complete their family. When they heard about Keyveon at a matching conference they were interested but when they saw him on Wednesday's Child, they knew he would be their son. They were matched and within months Keyveon had moved in. His adoption was finalized on June 13, 2012. Today, Keyveon is a charming seven-year-old who is doing well in school and his new mom and dad couldn't be happier or more proud.
