BP MARKOWITZ RINGS IN 2012 WITH NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE MUSIC AND FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR AT GRAND ARMY PLAZA

On Saturday, December 31, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz welcomed 2012 with a bang at the 30th annual New Year's Eve fireworks spectacular at Grand Army Plaza. The free celebration, sponsored by BP Markowitz and held in partnership with the Prospect Park Alliance, featured musical entertainment by Brooklyn's Rock 'N' Soul Experience and free hot chocolate.
