Found guilty of "attempted assault in the third degree," and sentenced to 3 days of community service and 2 days of social service, Savannah Rivera asked the Appellate Division, First Department, to reverse the conviction because she hadn't participated in the underlying altercation.
Since the victim's testimony was corroborated by a paramedic, who broke up the fight, the AD1 left the outcome undisturbed.
Was she all wet?
