Kathleen Rice needs our help.
Modern politics requires our elected officials to raise ever-increasing amounts of money so they can get information out about their records and be in a position to make a difference.
Few elected officials enjoy doing this (I can tell you that Kathleen doesn't!). But because Kathleen is serious about her job and public service, she's worked hard to put together the resources it takes to be in a position to give back to her community through tough, smart and fair public safety initiatives. Your contributions give her this opportunity, and she has seized it with the energy and passion we all know defines her character.
This week, Kathleen is holding a fundraiser to help keep her in a strong position to serve the public. It's on Wednesday, January 11, at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, from 6 to 8 pm. There will be great food and live music at the event and it's not too late to join the host committee or purchase an individual ticket . If you have any questions call our office at (516) 307-9820.

Kathleen knows that for most of us the only thing more difficult than asking for money is donating money, especially during these difficult economic times. I can tell you that she is not only humbled by your donations of money and time, but is fueled and empowered to do more by your generosity.
Thank you for your time and your support. Together, we can ensure that Kathleen has the resources to continue her work now and in the future.
See you next week!
Best,
Tucker Green
