The FY 2013 New York City Council budget cycle is here!  Please read below to learn how to complete this year's ONLINE application.
 
If you have any questions during the process or need help filling out the application, please contact Matthew Wallace in my office (718-383-9566; mwallace@council.nyc.gov ).
 
Are you applying for EXPENSE funding?
 
The FY 2013 expense application is now available online.  Please read the instructions below and the instructions included with the application carefully before working on the application. The same application is used to apply to an individual Member, the Speaker, or for a Council Initiative.
 
 
IMPORTANT - You must complete the entire application in one session.  Do NOT close the browser window or navigate away from the page until you have finished and submitted.  Though you must finish in one session, you will not be timed out of the application.  You may go back to a previously finished section to make changes.

Please consult the checklist that will be provided to you with everything you will need to have in order to complete the application.  It is highly recommended that you print a copy of the checklist and compile all the necessary information before beginning the process.

Do NOT mail a copy of the application to my office or to the Finance division.  Please print a copy for your records.

 
The deadline for submissions is March 30, 2012.  There will be no exceptions - the site becomes inactive after this date.

Below is a link to a hard copy of the application that you may review before filling out the online application.  This is only for viewing purposes, hard copy applications will not be accepted.

Are you applying for CAPITAL funding?

Below is the link for the Fiscal Year 2013 Non-City Capital Application.  You should fill out a non-city capital application if your organization is not on city property or if you are a not-for-profit, regardless if on city property.  Please follow the link to the application and follow the instructions completely.  Applications to the Council are due by April 9, 2011After April 10, 2011 no more applications will be accepted.  This is an online application; do NOT mail a hard copy.  If you are applying to the Borough President or DCA, please be advised their application deadline is February 28.
