RIGHTLY GUIDED

right_turn_sign_nyreblog_com_.JPGWhen the Queens County Supreme Court denied Rashida Kabir's request to set aside the separation agreement reached with her ex-husband, she appealed.

Since her allegations--that her former husband had concealed assets at the time the agreement was entered into--were corroborated by a number of documents, and because she previously hadn't been represented by counsel nor was a fluent English speaker, the Appellate Division, Second Department, thought the lady's claims warranted further inquiry.

Seek and ye shall find.
