BP MARKOWITZ, ADRIANA LOUISE OF NBC’S "THE VOICE" LIGHT BROOKLYN’S 40-FOOT CHRISTMAS TREE AT BOROUGH HALL
On Thursday, December 6, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz joined Adriana Louise of NBC’s The Voice, elected officials and revelers to light the 40-foot-tall Christmas tree in Brooklyn Borough Hall Plaza. Also helping to flip the switch was 9-year-old Andrew Green of East New York. The balsam fir will sparkle with holiday colors each night through the holiday season.
Free holiday refreshments and presents were provided, and of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a special guest appearance from Santa himself.
