With the media watching closely as the Supreme Court decision of Citizens United v Federal Election Commission takes the stage for its first presidential election, election law occupies an unfamiliar position of prominence. Similarly, the massive litigation challenging the Voting Rights Act propels election law and the redistricting process into the national spotlight. We will explore theses changes in election and campaign finance law and the impact they could have in November and beyond.
