It's an unbelievable ad blitz. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is unleashing a barrage of attack ads aimed at Tammy Baldwin and Claire McCaskill, and they're pouring money into Wisconsin and Missouri to flood the airwaves with vicious distortions.
These are must win races to hold the Democratic majority in the Senate. Claire is locked in a tight race -- already surviving $7 million of attacks. Tammy has pulled AHEAD -- into a single digit lead. When the numbers are this close, the attacks can mean the difference between winning and losing. If we don't act now, then the Chamber wins -- and we lose.
I refuse to let the secretive, right-wing Chamber decide who represents us in the Senate. Join me today in taking a stand against their attacks.

In Missouri, there's a candidate who's endorsed by Sarah Palin. Another
endorsed by the far-right Freedomworks. If that weren't enough, there's a
candidate who's a former board member of Missouri Right to Life.
In Wisconsin, every Republican candidate for Senate is endorsed by Right to Life. One was a member of Bush's cabinet, while another said the press should stop writing "sob stories" about people impacted by the recession. Or how about a guy endorsed by the extreme conservatives at Club for Growth?
The choice is clear. Claire and Tammy are our champions, ready to fight against the backward Republican agenda pushed by the Chamber. We need our pro-choice, Democratic women in order to hold the majority in the Senate, hold Republicans accountable and stop this War on Women -- and the only way to do that is to act right away against the Chamber's attacks.
