BACKGROUND
On September 22, 2012, amfAR, will present the fourth annual amfAR Milano event, to be held in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week. We are delighted to be returning to Milan following the success of last year's benefit, which received extraordinary support from the Italian fashion community. The Foundation's international events--which have been held in Cannes, Dubai, Paris, Rome, São Paolo, Toronto, Venice, and Vienna--are some of the most high-profile and eagerly anticipated fundraisers in the world and have helped generate more than $80 million in support of our life-saving HIV/AIDS research initiatives. amfAR's events consistently draw an exciting and diverse range of distinguished guests, and amfAR Milano will not disappoint. Guests will include many of the celebrities, personalities, and designers associated with Milan Fashion Week as well as famous names from the worlds of music, business, art, and international society.
