"No damages for delay" clause bars recovery in CDRB case.
A contractor hired to install equipment on the Staten Island Ferry sought
additional payment of $90,389 to cover extra performance and payment bond
premium costs incurred because the contract term was extended to keep
the ferry fleet in operation.
