Meet Osei
Osei is an active, happy child who loves to laugh. Although non-verbal, he is able to convey how he is feeling through sounds and movements and a smile that rarely leaves his face. Osei is friendly and receptive to voices and sounds. He is very curious and will walk up to and touch unfamiliar objects.
