Juan Gonzalez
González is a columnist with the New York Daily News and co-author, with Joseph Torres, of the book. "News for All the People: The Epic Story of Race and the American Media," a history of the American media with special focus on media outlets owned and controlled by people of color, and how they were suppressed-sometimes violently-by mainstream political, corporate and media leaders. The 2nd edition of his critically well-received book, "Harvest of Empire" has been recently published and is the subject of an upcoming documentary.
